History Hutchinson International Corp. t/a United Rigging was founded in 1969. We are proud to say that our key employees have been with us for many years and have been instrumental to our success. We are the rigging contractor that originally installed the exhibits at The Air and Space Museum when it was built in 1976 and we were the contractor chosen in 1993 by The Architect of The Capitol to remove and reinstall the priceless Statue of Freedom that is atop the United States Capitol. This was the first and only time it had been removed since it was placed upon the Capitol in 1863. The numerous projects completed over the many years whether of historic nature as those illustrated above or those serving the various segments of the construction industry demonstrate our diversification and commitment to excellence. We would welcome the opportunity to provide our services to you and include your project in our successful history. |
